Blades Brown is an American professional golfer born on May 21, 2007, in Nashville, Tennessee. He competes primarily on the Korn Ferry Tour while holding Special Temporary Membership on the PGA Tour, a status he earned in May 2026 after a top-15 finish at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson. Brown turned professional in January 2025 directly out of Brentwood Academy in Nashville, forgoing college golf despite interest from top programs across the country.

Brown's amateur record set him apart long before he turned professional. In 2023, at age 16, he became the youngest medalist in U.S. Amateur stroke play history, breaking a record Bobby Jones had held for 103 years. He accomplished this by shooting a course record 64 at Colorado Golf Club during the 123rd U.S. Amateur at Cherry Hills Country Club. He also joined Tiger Woods and Bobby Clampett as the only players to win medals in both the U.S. Amateur and U.S. Junior competitions. He also won three consecutive Tennessee state high school golf individual championships (2021 through 2023) for Brentwood Academy.

In his first full professional season in 2025, Brown played mainly on the Korn Ferry Tour on temporary status while accepting PGA Tour sponsor exemptions. His form sharpened heading into 2026: at The American Express in January, he posted a second-round 60 to set the course record on the Nicklaus Tournament course at PGA West, entering the final round in contention. By May 2026, he had earned Special Temporary Membership on the PGA Tour after tying for 14th at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson.
