Brooke Matthews is an American professional golfer born November 9, 1998, in Rogers, Arkansas. She competes on the LPGA Tour, having regained her card after a dominant 2024 Epson Tour season that saw her finish fifth in the Race for the Card standings. Her best LPGA major result is a tied 28th at the 2025 Chevron Championship.

Matthews attended the University of Arkansas, where she developed into one of the most decorated collegiate golfers in program history. At the 2021 Cougar Classic she set an NCAA record with a 54-hole score of 25-under par, breaking the previous mark by six strokes. That same year she represented the United States in both the Curtis Cup and the Arnold Palmer Cup, winning both team competitions. She turned professional in late 2021 and earned LPGA Tour membership through Q-Series by finishing tied 30th.

After spending 2023 on the Epson Tour, Matthews returned to that circuit in 2024 and recorded seven top-10 finishes, including a tied runner-up result at the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship. Those results were enough to graduate her to the LPGA Tour for 2025. In November 2025, she holed out at Pelican Golf Club during The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge, recording a hole-in-one that secured a place in the CME Group Tour Championship.
