Chisato Iwai, known on tour as Chizzy, is a Japanese professional golfer born on July 5, 2002, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She competes on both the LPGA Tour and the LPGA of Japan Tour (JLPGA).

Iwai began playing golf at age eight and developed into one of Japan's top junior prospects, winning the Golf Digest Japan Junior Cup in 2018 and 2019. She turned professional in 2021 and joined the JLPGA Tour that same year. Her professional career accelerated quickly: she won the NEC Karuizawa 72 Golf Tournament and CAT Ladies in 2022, two further titles in 2023, and added more wins through 2024. She secured her LPGA Tour card in December 2024 by finishing second at the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament.

Her LPGA Tour debut season in 2025 announced her as a genuine force in women's golf. In May 2025 she won the Mexico Riviera Maya Open by six shots, demonstrating the ball-striking quality that makes her a consistent threat each week. Later that year she recorded a T4 finish at the Women's PGA Championship, demonstrating she can compete at the highest level of the women's major schedule.

Iwai shares her professional journey with her twin sister Akie Iwai, who also competes on the LPGA Tour and JLPGA Tour, making the pair one of the more unusual sibling stories in global golf.
