Jackson Suber

Jackson Suber, born October 18, 1999, in Tampa, Florida, is an American professional golfer competing on the PGA Tour. His full name is John Weatherington Suber III. His career-best PGA Tour result came at the 2026 CJ Cup Byron Nelson, where he finished solo fourth at 23 under par.

Suber attended H.B. Plant High School in Tampa, where he helped the golf team claim a state championship in 2016, then played collegiate golf at the University of Mississippi from 2018 to 2022. He became the first Ole Miss golfer to reach No. 1 in the Golfstat national rankings, won five individual college titles, and earned All-America Second Team honors in his senior year. He turned professional in June 2022, initially competing on PGA Tour Canada before moving to the Korn Ferry Tour. He finished 20th on the 2024 Korn Ferry Tour points list to earn full PGA Tour status for 2025. His only major championship start came at the 2024 U.S. Open at Pinehurst No. 2, where he entered as an alternate after Jon Rahm withdrew; he shot a first-round 69 and made the cut, finishing tied for 73rd.

Suber's game centers on precision iron play and strong approach shot performance. He plays Titleist equipment and is based in Tampa.
