Lauren Walsh is a professional golfer from Kill, County Kildare, Ireland, competing on the LPGA Tour as a 2026 rookie. She began playing golf at age ten at Castlewarden Golf Club alongside her older sister and rose through the Irish national junior ranks before earning a scholarship to Wake Forest University in the United States.

Walsh built a strong amateur resume before turning professional. She represented Ireland at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires and played in the World Junior Girls Championship in Canada that same year. She made two appearances for Great Britain and Ireland at the Curtis Cup, in 2021 and 2022, and in 2021 she made the cut at the Women's British Open as an amateur, finishing tied 42nd. At Wake Forest, she was named First Team All-American in her senior season and was part of the Wake Forest team that won the 2023 NCAA Division I women's golf championship. She turned professional in July 2023.

Walsh spent two seasons developing her game on the Ladies European Tour. In 2024 she recorded top-three finishes at the VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open and the Aramco Team Series event in London, finishing 18th in the LET Order of Merit. Her 2025 LET campaign was her strongest to date, posting multiple top-ten finishes across the season and finishing 10th in the order of merit. That result secured her place at the LPGA Q-Series in Alabama, where she earned a full 2026 LPGA Tour card in December 2025. She made her LPGA Tour debut at the Blue Bay LPGA in Hainan Island, China, in March 2026.
