Lee Hodges is a 30-year-old American professional golfer from Huntsville, Alabama who competes full-time on the PGA Tour. He turned professional in 2018 after a college career split between the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the University of Alabama, where he was named to the All-SEC first team and earned Ping All-America third-team honours as a senior. His career high point remains his first PGA Tour win, which announced him as a player capable of dominating a field when his game peaks.

Hodges earned his PGA Tour card by finishing 10th on the 2020-21 Korn Ferry Tour points list, having also won the 2020 WinCo Foods Portland Open on that circuit. His rookie PGA Tour season in 2021-22 was solid enough to retain his card, anchored by a tie for third at The American Express. The defining moment of his career came in July 2023 at the 3M Open in Minnesota, where he led wire-to-wire across all four rounds and won by seven strokes at 24 under par, setting a tournament scoring record. It was one of the most emphatic debut victories the tour had seen that season. His peak Official World Golf Ranking of 52 followed that win in September 2023. He has also made the field for all four men's majors at various points, recording a tie for 12th at the PGA Championship in 2024 as his best major result.

Hodges plays with a calm, process-focused demeanour. During his 3M Open victory he described staying entirely in the present, not allowing himself to think about winning until after his third shot on the 72nd hole. His PGA Tour statistical profile places him in the middle of the field on strokes gained overall, with putting and driving distance as areas he continues to develop.
