Mac Meissner is an American professional golfer from Charleston, South Carolina, who now resides in Dallas, Texas. He competes on the PGA Tour and, as of May 2026, holds an Official World Golf Ranking of approximately 108. A product of Southern Methodist University, Meissner earned three All-American honors during his college career and claimed the Byron Nelson Award in 2021.
Meissner turned professional in 2021 after a standout amateur run that included winning the 2020 Southern Amateur Championship at Maridoe Golf Club and representing the United States as an alternate on the victorious 2021 Walker Cup squad, where he played and won his foursomes match. He entered the paid ranks through the Forme Tour, then spent two seasons on the Korn Ferry Tour developing his game. His most striking moment came in 2023, when he fired a 59 at the LECOM Suncoast Classic at Lakewood National Golf Club. He added a runner-up finish at the 2023 Panama Championship before securing his PGA Tour card by finishing 20th on the Korn Ferry Tour Finals points list with a T3 at the Tour Championship.
