Taylor Moore is an American professional golfer born on July 28, 1993, in San Angelo, Texas. He competes on the PGA Tour and is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, where he earned Co-SEC Freshman of the Year honours. Moore has steadily built a career defined by patience and hard-earned progression through every level of the professional game.

After turning professional in 2016, Moore won the Staal Foundation Open on PGA Tour Canada and finished third on that tour's order of merit to advance to the Korn Ferry Tour. His development was interrupted when he suffered a collapsed lung that kept him off the course for several months, but he returned and won the 2021 Memorial Health Championship to earn his PGA Tour card. His breakthrough at the highest level arrived in March 2023 at the Valspar Championship, where he shot a final-round 67 to overcome a two-stroke deficit and win by one stroke over Adam Schenk. The victory earned Moore an invitation to the Masters at Augusta National.

Moore's game is anchored by a strong tee-to-green performance, with his driving accuracy and approach play drawing the most credit for his Valspar victory. His consistency around the majors has been a quiet mark of his development: he posted a T20 at Augusta National and a T12 at the PGA Championship in 2024, followed by a T19 at the PGA Championship in 2025.
