Taylor Pendrith is a Canadian professional golfer from Richmond Hill, Ontario, who competes full-time on the PGA Tour. Standing 6 feet 2 inches tall, he built his game at Kent State University from 2010 to 2014, where he trained alongside fellow Canadians Corey Conners and Mackenzie Hughes. He turned professional after the 2014 Eisenhower Trophy, where Canada finished second to the United States, and worked his way through PGA Tour Canada and the Korn Ferry Tour before earning his PGA Tour card at the end of the 2020-21 season.
Pendrith spent several years developing his game on the Canadian circuit, finishing third in the Order of Merit in 2015 and then winning the 1932 by Bateman Open and the Mackenzie Investments Open in 2019. On the Korn Ferry Tour in 2020 he posted four runner-up finishes and qualified for the U.S. Open, tying for 23rd. His breakthrough on the PGA Tour arrived in May 2024 when he shot 23-under at TPC Craig Ranch to win the CJ Cup Byron Nelson by a single stroke over Ben Kohles, his first title in 74 career PGA Tour starts. That same year he tied for 16th at the U.S. Open, and he was a captain's pick for the International team at both the 2022 and 2024 Presidents Cup.
Pendrith's primary weapon is his tee-to-green ball-striking, with his Greens in Regulation rate placing him consistently in the top quarter of the field. In 2025 he finished tied for fifth at the PGA Championship, the highest result by a Canadian in that event that year. He entered the 2026 season in the field at Aronimink for the PGA Championship and is also set to compete at Shinnecock Hills for the U.S. Open.
