Mathys Jaubert

Mathys Jaubert is a French racing driver born on 3 March 2005 in Salon-de-Provence who competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship for Genesis Magma Racing, sharing the #17 Genesis GMR-001 with Pipo Derani and Andre Lotterer. At 21, he is the youngest driver in the 2026 Hypercar field.

Jaubert came to Genesis's attention after finishing second in the 2024 French Porsche Carrera Cup. In 2025, he raced in the European Le Mans Series in LMP2 with the Genesis Magma Racing-backed IDEC Sport entry alongside Jamie Chadwick and then Daniel Juncadella, the results from which earned him his Hypercar factory signing.

His debut at the 2026 season opener in Imola, in only his first full year of international prototype racing, saw the #17 car run as high as the top ten. Jaubert is widely viewed as one of the most promising young talents to have entered the Hypercar class, with the Genesis programme providing both the development structure and the competitive machinery to accelerate his progression.
