Norman Nato

Norman Nato is a French racing driver born in 1992 who competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship for Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA, sharing the #12 Cadillac V-Series.R with Alex Lynn and Will Stevens. He has been part of the JOTA Cadillac programme since its early stages and also competes in Formula E for Nissan.

Nato is a three-time overall WEC race winner, with two victories in LMP1 for Rebellion and one in the Hypercar era for Cadillac. In Formula E, he won the 2021 Berlin ePrix for Venturi. His single-seater background includes seasons in the GP2 Series where he won three races and finished fifth in the 2016 championship.

In 2025, the #12 trio scored points in every single WEC race, finishing fifth in the overall Drivers' championship in what was described as the most consistent campaign in the Cadillac Hypercar programme's history to that point. The trio returns unchanged for 2026, with Nato balancing both championships simultaneously.
