Raffaele Marciello is an Italian racing driver born in 1994 who competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship for BMW M Team WRT, sharing the #15 BMW M Hybrid V8 with Dries Vanthoor and Kevin Magnussen. A former Ferrari Driver Academy member and 2013 European Formula Three champion, he moved into GT racing in 2017 and became a works Mercedes-AMG driver.
During his time with Mercedes, Marciello won the 2018 Blancpain GT Series championship, the 2022 24 Hours of Spa, and the 2022 FIA GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup. He also won the 2022 ADAC GT Masters before switching to BMW in 2024 to join the Hypercar programme.
Marciello brought immediate Hypercar-level expertise to BMW, combining his GT title-winning background with the technical demands of the LMDh platform. In 2026, the #15 crew finished seventh at Imola in the season opener as BMW built momentum heading toward Le Mans.
