Victor Martins is a French racing driver who competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship for the Alpine Endurance Team, sharing the #36 Alpine A424 with Jules Gounon and Frederic Makowiecki. His 2026 WEC season marks a transition from single-seater racing, leaving Formula 2 after three seasons to make his endurance racing debut alongside his role as a Williams Formula 1 test and development driver.
Martins won the 2020 Formula Renault Eurocup and the 2022 FIA Formula 3 Championship. In three FIA Formula 2 seasons with ART Grand Prix, he accumulated 18 podiums and three wins, with a best championship finish of fifth. His connection to the Alpine group dates to his time in the Renault and Alpine academies from 2018 onwards.
The 2026 Alpine WEC programme represents his third link to the Renault Group, and his first sustained competition in prototype machinery. Martins adds single-seater qualifying pace to a crew that also benefits from Gounon's and Makowiecki's depth of endurance experience.
